Good evening organic green family;

This is a message to inform you of Leonardo's recent trip to [Planet name here]. The trip was in response to a monster threat in a local cave system.

During this trip Leonardo suffered several injuries. Due to the nature of his injuries, Leonardo and his close contact family member have been scheduled for the following vaccination courses:

Tetanus
Rabies

Due to an incident involving Leonardo failing to stab a vermin directly in front of him and instead flinging his blade across the room each family member will also be required to complete an eye exam as a precaution in case your species experience ocular degeneration due to extended periods of space travel.
