Honestly they're kind of crappy by way of design but-

Well, anyway, it looks like a lot of kit-bashing and I'm not sure what the overall purpose was although I highly suspect that this is mostly someone's attempt to make something that looks "cool." Maybe I can piece together the actual weaponry from the bits they more or less seem to have cut and paste here.
